Political Philosophy

Both Republicans and Democrats think they know how to run our country and keep us safe. I believe that the answers lie in picking and choosing the best ideas from both parties. But if you're willing to think outside the box a little, the great majority of the best ideas are under Republican ideology.

Priority number one is protecting our country. If something were to happen (yes, I know that there are already wars happening), half of the country would be arguing that we should be assertive and half of the country would be calling us war-mongerers. But you can't have a president afraid to step up and choose the unpopular action. It's better to fight an unnecessary war that we know we can win than to choose to do nothing and lose.

I could also see this happening with a president afraid to take quick and decisive action to control riots.

I've been reading up a little bit on anarchy. Since I once wanted to be Secretary-General of the UN, I've come to see controlled but very real anarchy in the form of different countries' governments. It's as though the default (or international waters) state is anarchy and each country is its own piece of private property with its own rules.

Private, but will update more later.

Jacob/Matthew, if you steal my ideas, please at least use them for GOOD.
